Which data we process
Account data (email, password hash, company name, country), workspace sync data from Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace (employee names, emails, phone numbers, departments, photo avatars), log files (IP address, timestamp, user agent), cookies for session and language, billing data (processed by Stripe).
Legal basis
Contract performance under Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for providing the service. Legitimate interest under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR for log files and security. Consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR for optional cookies.
Recipients of data
Supabase (hosting, Frankfurt, eu central 1, processor), Stripe (payments, USA, standard contractual clauses), Resend (email delivery, USA), Vercel (frontend hosting, USA). No further transfer to third parties.
Storage duration
Account data as long as the contract exists plus 30 days. Log files 14 days. Billing data 10 years per commercial retention obligations.
Your rights
Right to information (Art. 15), correction (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction (Art. 18), portability (Art. 20), objection (Art. 21). Complaint to a supervisory authority possible.
Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace sync
We read only the fields necessary for the address book. No mails, calendars or chats. Connection data (client secret, service account keys) is AES encrypted.
