Frequently asked questions about pricing

How does per employee billing work?
We count active users in your Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace tenant that pass your filters and end up in Cloud Directory. Inactive or filtered accounts are not counted. Monthly or annual billing with a 20 percent discount.
Can I change my plan later?
Yes, anytime. Upgrade takes effect immediately, downgrade at the next period. Plan changes self serve through the Stripe customer portal directly in the app.
What happens after the 14 day trial?
You pick a paid plan or the workspace is archived automatically. No surprise renewal. Data stays available for 30 days, then it is deleted.
Is there a minimum contract?
No. Monthly contracts can be canceled at the end of the period. Annual contracts run for 12 months with a 20 percent discount versus monthly.
