Ces conditions régissent l'utilisation de Cloud Directory.

Subject matter

Cloud Directory is a cloud based Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace address book. The provider supplies the software as Software as a Service.

Contract conclusion

The contract is concluded by registration and email confirmation. The provider reserves the right to refuse registrations.

Prices and payment

Prices stated on cloud-directory.de/pricing at the time of order apply. Payment by credit card or SEPA debit via Stripe. Billing in advance, monthly or annually.

Term and termination

Monthly contracts may be terminated at the end of the period. Annual contracts run 12 months and renew for 12 months unless terminated 30 days before expiry. Cancellation via the Stripe customer portal directly in the app.

Liability

The provider has unlimited liability for intent and gross negligence and per Product Liability Act. For slight negligence the provider is only liable for breach of essential contractual duties, limited to foreseeable damage.

Final provisions

German law applies, excluding the UN Sales Convention. Place of jurisdiction for merchants is the provider seat. Severability clause.
