Cloud Directory finally makes Microsoft 365 findable.
Cloud Directory brings your Azure AD employees automatically into every Outlook mailbox, into Microsoft Teams and into a modern web directory. Instead of maintaining your workforce in external address books or losing time hunting for colleagues in support, everyone is always where your team already works.
The sync runs in the background against Microsoft Graph or Google Directory. New colleagues appear in the directory by the next morning at the latest, former employees disappear automatically. Photos, positions, departments, phone numbers and addresses are picked up. You decide who appears in the directory: only active accounts, only colleagues with a phone number, only certain domains or departments.
Cloud Directory is a cloud service from Germany. We host all data on Supabase in Frankfurt, work GDPR compliant and provide a ready-made data processing agreement. You can go live in under five minutes: enter company name, connect Azure app, review preview, synchronize. The first 14 days are free, without credit card, cancel anytime.
